October is Alexander Technique Awareness month! To celebrate this technique that has helped so many people solve their back pain, performance anxiety, postural problems, and vocal tensions, I am offering a special 3 lesson package for $150.
This one-time package is available to new Alexander students who would like an in-depth introduction to the work, and also for the experienced Alexander student who would like to further explore their movement and ease possibilities through private lessons.

This special is for 3 individual 45-minute Alexander Technique lessons with Leah Zhang. The package must be reserved during the month of October but can be used at a later date or month than the purchase date. Lessons must be used in 3 consecutive weeks and the full payment of $150 is due during the first lesson. Lessons are scheduled at a mutually convenient time for teacher and student. I usually teach on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays
